Today Y3 were learning about the Bronze Age and the changes that happened during this time. The children first learned about the Beaker people coming to Britain and how they brought their knowledge of how to make bronze. The children then had to go on their own hunt to find the information about how life changed. Children had to look for their sub headings:
What did people eat?
Where did people live?
What were the houses like?
What did people wear?
They then had to find the statements and then match them to the correct heading. Children worked in teams to find the information and to stick it in the correct place. To make it even trickier they all had to take turns finding the information but only 1 person could leave the group at a time.
It was a great afternoon of history, learning and team work!
Well done Y3.
