St Marie’s School 2022 KS2 Results 2022

Below are the outcomes of the KS2 tests, which our Y6 children took this year (May 2022). The tests have now been in this format from July 2016. There were of course no SAT’s taken in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid. The outcomes are now shown as whether or not children have achieved the expected standard, or have not achieved. Each pupil receives their test results as a scaled score based on the standards in the interim framework.

The expected standard (EXS) in the tests is a scaled score of 100 or above. The scaled score range runs from 80 to 120. Children who achieve 110 and above are judged to be working at a higher standard (HS), often called working at greater depth.

The results for writing are based on teacher assessments, which were moderated against and with other schools in our locality and by the local authority.
