Group 3 had a busy and exciting Day 2 at Thornbridge. During the morning, the children took part in Low Ropes and Orienteering activities, working together to complete challenges and develop their teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills. It was great to see everyone supporting one another and showing determination throughout the activities.
After lunch, the group travelled to Millers Dale for an unforgettable abseiling session. Just as they were preparing to descend, the heavens opened! Despite torrential rain and even a hailstorm, the children showed incredible resilience and bravery as they tackled the challenge. The wet and wild conditions certainly made the experience even more memorable, but everyone rose to the occasion and gave it their best effort.
A huge well done to Group 3 for their positive attitude and determination in some very challenging weather conditions!
