Over the Autumn term, children in Y6 have been busy creating history projects which put into context what was happening around the world at the same time as the events of our topic -Britain and the trans-Atlantic slave trade. From the technological breakthroughs of the Industrial Revolution and world of medicine to the rise and fall of empires, the children created models, posters and power points to demonstrate their knowledge.
Children from other classes, and even some parents waiting at parents evening were able to look around learn about the past. Here are some photos of the projects.
