Today Y3 began our Holy Week assemblies. They told the story of Jesus’ entry to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. Their singing told of the joyful event and how people laid down their cloaks and waved palms as he entered. The children all joined in enthusiastically and sang their hearts out. The readers read clearly so everyone could hear them and respond. All the children from other classes were a great audience and joined in with the litany. Well done to Y3! A great start to Holy Week in school.
