This morning, Group 1 enjoyed a picturesque cycle ride along the Monsal Trail, passing Cressbrook Mill before stopping at Millers Dale Café for a well-earned treat. With rain clouds gathering overhead, the children raced back to Thornbridge and managed to stay just ahead of the rain, arriving back under clearer skies in time for lunch.
In the afternoon, the group put their teamwork and thinking skills to the test during a range of problem-solving challenges before taking on the bouldering wall. The children showed great determination, resilience and encouragement as they tackled the activities together.
