On Monday morning we had a mysterious call from Mrs Jones in the office, a strange egg had appeared over the weekend and she needed our help! All week we have been gathering evidence to try and figure out what might be inside. We have concluded that it must be a dragon’s egg. We started to get a little nervous that it might hatch, and so thought it best to take it to the local dragon experts at the Steel Cauldron!
When we arrived on Thursday morning, we were greeted by Sir Basil who confirmed our suspicions and has kindly agreed to take care of the egg for us… phew! The rest of the morning was spent making our very own clay dragon eggs, drinking juice and watching a wonderful performance of Winnie’s Midnight Dragon.
The children represented our school brilliantly, whilst out in our local community and we are all very proud of them.
