Each week this term, Year 3 have worked in groups to participate in Parachute Games. These photos and videos show our last session when we all gathered together to play as a class before Mrs Rigby started her maternity leave.
Parachute Games are a great way of encouraging cooperation and promoting social interaction to enhance language development.
It strengthens upper torso, refines perceptual skills and reinforces turn-taking and sharing.
The children learn to follow specific instructions so that they play safely and have tremendous fun in an exciting environment.
No wonder they love it so much!
