On Thursday, Jenny from the Alfresco Learning team came to Year 2 for a workshop! We made a castle using bamboo sticks and elastic bands which gave us a great idea of how different 2D and 3D shapes are so important for the structure of castles. It also gave us a fantastic opportunity to practice teamwork skills as we had to work closely together to make sure everything was done so we could move on to the next step. Finally, we made our very own unique flags using only fabric, flowers and pebbles. We had a great time learning new skills and working together, thank you Alfresco Learning!
