What a fun WBD Year 3 had! Mrs Fernandes would like to thank everyone for the absolutely, fantastic costumes the children wore. We looked like a large, Stone Age tribe! The costumes were impressive especially as so many were handmade and used from recycled materials.
Thank you also to the parents who sent in a book for the ‘Book Swap’. The children’s enthusiasm for reading seems to grow and grow!
The children enjoyed a variety of activities, including listening to stories read by adults, making a video recording of a book they’ve loved reading, completing quizzes about books and going into the woods for an exciting WBD scavenger hunt. The day flew by!
Thank you again for all your help with costumes from home. The children loved seeing each other’s outfits!
