St Marie’s School KS2 Results 2025
Key Stage 2 SATs
Our Year 6 children completed the Key Stage 2 tests in May 2025.
These tests have been in the current format since 2016. Please note that no SATs were taken in 2020 or 2021 due to Covid.
Results are reported as:
Expected Standard (EXS): A scaled score of 100 or above.
Higher Standard (HS): A scaled score of 110 or above.
Scaled scores range from 80 to 120.
Writing is assessed by teachers and moderated with other schools in our Trust, the local area, and the local authority.

Our results in Phonics, the Multiplication Tables Check, and the Early Years Foundation Stage are all in line with or above national averages. This shows that our pupils make a strong start in the early stages of their learning, giving them firm foundations for success as they move through school.
