St Marie’s PARENT&CARER VOICE – UNIFORM POLICY REVIEW
Many of you told us that while branded jumpers and cardigans help keep the school looking smart, items like white polo shirts and PE tops could be made more flexible. Some parents also raised concerns about the quality of PE tops and the cost and fit of current uniform items.
Together with governors, we’ll now review our uniform policy in light of this feedback and the new government rules coming in from September 2026. These changes ask schools to keep branded items to a minimum and support affordability.
We’ll share any changes to our uniform policy in good time to help families plan.
