Last week, St. Marie’s was buzzing with energy as children across the school took part in Skipathon Week! From the preschool to Year 6 everyone joined in the fun and showed off their skipping skills.

Children enjoyed a variety of skipping styles, including single bounce, double bounce, run jump out and even individual jumping with the big rope. The playground was filled with laughter and excitement as the children challenged themselves and encouraged one another.

A special highlight was seeing our older children supporting the preschool and reception classes, helping them learn the basics and cheering them on. It was a wonderful display of teamwork and community spirit.

Skipathon Week wasn’t just about fun, it was a great way to stay active and build confidence. Well done to all our amazing skippers!
